Fresh green bean caserole with crispy onions


1 10-3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 12-oz pkg. or 3/4 lb. washed & trimmed green beans
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 garlic cloves cuts in small pices
1 pkg. Fresh Gourmet Lightly Salted Crispy Onions divided. Reserve 1/2 package for topping.


In a medium sized bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk. Add green beans, pepper,garlic and 1/2 package Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions. Put into 9-inch square baking pan.

Bake in preheated 350° F oven for 30 minutes. Add remaining Crispy Onions and bake 15 minutes more, or until top is browned and beans are cooked.

Shrip in sos de unt cu usturoi


o pungulita mica de shrimpi
2 codite  de la ceapa verde taiate marunt
2-3 catei de usturoi
2 ling de unt si o lingura de ulei de masline

Cum procedam

se va pune untull si uleiul la incins apoi se va pune usturoiul pisat sau taiat fasii subtiri inpreuan cu cozile de ceapa verde .Se lasa sa se caleasca cca 1 minut apoi se va pune shrimpi .
Se lasa sub capac cca 7-10 minute  pana cand shrimpi sunt gata .

Se serveste imediat

Roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Red Pepper


1  pounds broccoli crowns, cut into florets

4 tbsp. olive oil, divided

2 garlic cloves, minced

 dried crushed red pepper


Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss broccoli and 3 tbsp. olive oil in large bowl to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet.
 Roast 15 minutes. Stir remaining 1/2 tbsp. oil, garlic, and red pepper in small bowl. Drizzle garlic mixture over broccoli; toss to coat. Roast until broccoli is beginning to brown, about 8 minutes longer. Season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

u can serv with chicken brest ,beef or turky brest on the gril:))
